My Sense 2 is not receiving the latest update.

There should have been a big update for the Sense 2 and Versa 2 at the end of September. But it's almost December and it's still not here. What is going wrong?

Such firmware updates are rolled out in waves, so no one can tell when your device will be next to receive it. It's also usual practice to stop a firmware roll out whenever bugs are reported by users that haven't been apparent while that version has been in internal testing.
So we all have to have some patience.

It's a really bad experience that users have no control on when to update their firmware. It's also very bad that it sometimes take days or even weeks for fitbit to push out for everyone.

However, the latest firmware 194.86 should deploying to everyone very soon. I got mine a few days ago.
