So the update has taken away the one thing I want to see at the end of a swim - total swim lengths. What an utterly stupid decision and one that, unless reversed, will lead to me dumping my sense 2 and going with a completely different company. What’s next? Guess the steps you’ve taken or work out the mileage covered by yourself? I was told that I can’t get a refund as I only have 45 days from purchase- well Fitbit/Google you have sold me a product that now doesn’t do what it did when I bought it so I would say it is not fit for purpose and regardless of your 45 day rule, you have mis-sold me a product and I want my money back.
