My sense 2 stopped receiving notifications. I have updated the app, I was shut off Bluetooth, started both devices, I have unpaired, repaired, checked notification settings and it still doesn’t work.
My phone is iPhone with the latest iOS

Hi @Jac297 - it may sound silly but did you pull down on the watch face to get to Quick Settings and turn off all the icons as well?
@Teresa90 - did you know Fitbit have a 45 day refund policy or possibly authorised dealers too, some stores provide 14 to 30 day refunds.
There are syncing problems with the new app which require regular restarting of the watch and phone to keep it working.
