My battery life used to last 4-6 days, but it has suddenly stopped holding a charge. I can fully charge it and it will die within a few hours. Because of this the data tracking and syncing is also all incorrect. I tried hard restarting, resetting and updating. I turned off every feature I could think of that might be draining the battery. Wish I could pinpoint what changed because it was super sudden.

My Fitbit Sense started doing the same thing. Therefore, I'm not getting any valid readings. I pay for Fitbit Premium and this is very frustrating! I haven't gotten good data on sleep, exercise, heartrate, and the majority of other features.

My FitBit was out of warranty but it was still under the 2-year protection plan I added at the time of purchase. For $30 and a quick claim I was able to get a replacement shipped to me.

I never heard back from them. Therefore, I purchased a Google Pixel.
