I’ve had my Fitbit Sense 2 for 2 months and the screen has completely stopped working. How do I get this taken care of? This watch should last longer than 2 months!

Welcome to the Fitbit community, @StephRF!
Sad to hear that you're having an issue with your Sense 2.
As a first attempt to hopefully get things fixed, I'd suggest restarting your device by keeping it's button pressed for around 10 seconds until you'll see the Fitbit logo on it's display.
As there's also a chance that your Sense 2 is discharged, please make sure it will charge. If it won't, please have a closer look here for troubleshooting:
Why isn't my Fitbit device's battery charging?
If all that won't work for you, I'd recommend changing the clock face of your device to see if that will have a positive impact. Here's how to do that:
How do I change the clock face on my Fitbit device?
I'll keep my fingers crossed.

I’ve tried resetting. I’ve tried charging. It doesn’t work. I can tell there are colors on screen but nothing is visible.

Thanks for reporting back, @StephRF.
If also changing the clock face didn't solve the issue, I'd recommend contacting the support team for further assistance:
