I posted a question yesterday about my sense 2 stopped giving me notifications, today it has stopped syncing to my app. I got my sense 2 in august. I have tried to reboot my sense and it comes up with a big red X. All of this started after the app on my iPhone did an update and then my sense popped up with the Fitbit symbol. I would like some advice on what is going on. I have a feeling this will be the last on I get, I upgraded because the battery wasn’t lasting on my Versa 4

Hello, @GDSadie I'm glad to have you around, welcome back to the community.
Thanks for explaining your situation in regards to the syncing and notifications on your Sense 2. I recommend you to check this article to know more about the syncing, since this will also affect the notifications.
Once the device has already synced, check all the notifications settings are okay, depending on the notification you would like to receive, it needs to be enabled.
Thanks for your efforts!

Hiya 👋 I constantly had this same problem, not syncing, not receiving notifications, it was so frustrating. I checked what I had connected in Bluetooth settings and removed Sense 2 Calls and sense 2 (unpaired). I then disconnected Sense 2 from the app and closed the app. After holding down the Sense 2 button until it restarted, I then went and opened the Fitbit app and chose add device. It picked up the Sense 2, connected and has been alot better since. I've only lost connection once in a week and did this process all over again, before I was losing connection multiple times a day. It still is very frustrating, considering this device is so expensive, yet doesn't really seem to do more than the Versa 2 I had. I'm tempted to return the Sense 2, go back to my Versa 2 as at least I could use Spotify controls on that, which I used alot. Unless Fitbit are planning to allow some of the old apps, ie Spotify, to be used on the newer, more expensive devices, I don't see the point in paying $450aud for the Sense 2. My daughters Apple watch does everything, spotify, ecg, etc and that was $150 cheaper! Hope your connection problems are now sorted

It seems to fixed itself for the moment. I know what you mean, I only upgraded to sense 2 because my Versa 4 wouldn’t hold a charge and I was actually thinking of trying to find my receipt and trying to take it back. I did disconnect the sense 2 call, earlier that when it fixed itself. I really don’t know if I will get another Fitbit because of the money and issues. I really only use it for the health information and call/messages notifications, so I have to wonder if there is something else out there for an iPhone. I know Apple Watch but they are so expensive.
