My Sense 2 will not sync

I literally have to disconnect Bluetooth and restart my watch every single day… and even then… sometimes it still won’t sync. This is the worst Fitbit I’ve ever owned. 
Between this and the lack of music controls I wish I had never bought it.

Thank you Manu.  I do follow these steps and eventually it will sync and recover my data although it often takes multiple tries.. My main question is what is Fitbit doing about this? I had no issues until the firmware update and many others appear to be in the same situation. When will there be a rollback or a fix issued? This has been happening to me for likely close to a month.

Agree. I'm always having to do tricks and such to get this thing to work. So sorry I ever got rid of my Sense. I may just need to switch over to apple. So tired of this.

My Fitbit doesn’t sync and constantly has the wrong day or time on it.  I hate this watch it is the worst one ever

Same! Mine also loses my workout data and I have to turn the Bluetooth or the phone off and on multiple times to finally get it it work. This all started with the firmware update. I don’t understand why Fitbit won’t address this. I’m going to an Apple Watch soon if not resolved.

I'm sorry to know the inconvenience that you are experiencing with the devices. I'd try to help.  

Please, try logout of the Fitbit App and restart the watch and phone. I'd suggest checking the tips of this article: Why won't my Fitbit device sync? 

In addition, follow these steps please:

  • Unpair your Sense 2 from your phone's Bluetooth and Fitbit app.
  • Unpair other Bluetooth devices that you may also have paired to your phone's Bluetooth settings.
  • Force quit the Fitbit app.
  • Turn off other Bluetooth connections when not in use. This can help to prevent connectivity issues or Bluetooth interference.
  • Shut off your phone and turn it on after 1-2 minutes.
  • Turn on the Bluetooth on your phone.
  • Plug it into the charging cable and open the Fitbit app.
  • Set up your Sense 2.
  • If there is no connection, restart your Sense 2.
  • Once your Sense 2 is paired and syncing, please proceed to set up your other Bluetooth devices to your phone again.

mine as well, can never get built in GPS to connect either. never had issues with my Ionic

Last Fitbit I'll ever buy. Switching to anything else. Too much $$ to have to fix so often.

Nothing syncs on my watch and I too have to reset almost daily. After many chats and "fixes" my sense 2 after 2 months no longer keeps time, tracks gps, stats all over the place, sometimes I get sleep, hr, hrv, readiness score and sometimes not. I cannot return to store. I really just want my money back. Never had these issues with my other 2 fitbits. Sense 1 not nearly as bad as this. It is so bad now that it can't even be used as a watch to tell time it is so inconsistent

 None of the canned responses work. Awaiting an email as chat can no longer help me.

This should not be required! Having to go thru a 45 min syncing ordeal daily. When will the rollback happen? Needs to be immediate!!
