My experience with Fitbit support

Does anyone have any luck with customer services? I’ve never experienced a company like this, it’s so bad. I have a sense 2 within warranty and the ECG has stopped working completely (I use for my heart murmur) as well as some other issues. I reached out for help at the start of January and no one has ever come back to me, I’ve contacted them 10/12  times I would say and they just say ‘we’ll look into your case’ but no one has ever replied, how long can it possibly take?! There is also no way to complain or speak to anyone past the initial call centre. I’m in the UK.
