Ever since the update 3 days ago, my Sense 2 won’t update. Even when fully charged it just shuts down. It will only come back on when I put it to charge…

Thank you for sharing with me the information regarding this difficulty that you are experiencing with your Sense 2. 

Before considering other options and since your device is not getting to hold charge, I'd suggest you to follow the steps listed in this help article to fix battery issues: Why isn't my Fitbit device's battery charging?
