Last Fitbit was my Charge 4. I came back because I missed the brand. I'm really not trying to be negative but I'm so upset that only 3 days and I've already had to open support tickets and wait for emails/responses to the issues and features that aren't even working and available on my watch. It's so crazy. I don't want to return it but if it comes down to it, I guess fitbit and I are done 😭

On the stress management tile not loading I had the exact same issue on iOS. Turned out to be that my ad blocking was preventing it from loading the sources it requires.
Had to add “*.cdn.optimizely.com” to my allow list and that got the tile loading as expected.
Could be worth snooping around your settings and seeing if you have anything like this going on, I’m aware that android does have “private dns” settings in its internet/wifi settings so could be something there.

STRESS MANAGEMENT WON'T LOAD OR OPEN
One is Alexa app isn't even on my fitbit app at all. The 2nd issue is the stress management Tile doesn't work. Gives me a little score on the front page but you can't click it or add any moods. It's supposed to open and show me info. Just features not working or available as they should be. I'm in the USA and have a current Android 13 phone.

I'm not sure if support have offered you any troubleshooting steps yet, but you can try the following if you haven't already done so.
I assume you've already tried reinstalling the Fitbit phone app? Other steps to try might be to remove the Fitbit from your account and try setting it up again. There's also the option of a factory reset if none of the above doesn't work.

I've tried everything support Said and nothing. So now I'm waiting on the email I'm supposed to recieve. If it can't be fixed then in going to have to get a refund and get something else sadly.

I'm really tempted to try and order a Sense 2 again to see if it happens again.

You are the best. The private dns is definitely the answer. Thank you so much.

Nice! That’s an awesome result, it took me a few weeks of digging myself to finally uncover what was going on.
Did it by any chance solve the Alexa side of things too?

Yup. The Alexa icon is actually showing on the app now. So crazy that it was the issue and making things not work. Thank you so much. I literally was going crazy thinking the device was flawed.

Great to hear you've sorted it. I actually had a similar issue involving the Fitbit App gallery being blocked by my private dns, so it's useful to know it extends further. Thanks @john500y2k.
