My experience with Sense 2

Myself and my family have had fitbits for years and upgraded each time to newer models but won’t be doing anymore! I’m going to give my money apple and try theirs instead. I purchased a brand new sense 2 that recently became faulty. I contacted support which went through some troubleshooting and after a while they said they would send me another out under warranty. Not ideal because I hadn’t had it long but hey, if it fixed the issue then fine. I received said replacement 2 weeks ago, and guess what, it’s faulty! So they have sent me a refurbished faulty replacement! I’ve spent the best part of an hour trying to sort it out with someone in support, only to be told they will send me a replacement yet again! Absolutely poor customer service….. I purchased a brand new one and got a refurbished replacement! No refund offered, no upgrade for the inconvenience considering it’s the 2nd faulty one I’ve had! Just another 2nd hand replacement! I asked to make a COMPLaINT and was told they don’t have a complaints department!  🧐😡Had nothing but issues with this device! About time I gave Apple a try because everyone I know who has one never seems to have issues. Yes they are more expensive but the poor customer service means I will not be wasting my money with fit bit again! Lost my custom!
