My experience with Sense 2

I was a happy user of ionic, sense. But now with sense2 I'm angry and next watch will be no fitbit anymore. I can't use passholder app, for which I payed money, I missed calendar and spotify apps too. Without passholder I need to use my phone again for a lot of passes which I use everyday. It's a nonsense to be downgraded with a newest model of the watch.

I just bought the Sense 2. Very disappointed there is no calendar. Why can’t they add it?

Hi @AlexVln @Healthy1949 - did you know if you are unhappy with the watch Fitbit have a 45 day refund policy or possibly authorised dealers too, some stores provide 14 to 30 day refunds.

You may still be able to find a Sense with features not found on the Sense 2 or given the problems with the new Fitbit App choose other brands.
