Fitbit blows not counting my steps I’m done. Versa 4 kept stop counting. Then they sent me a refurbished versa 4. Worse than the one I paid for. Then FITBIT sent me a sense to and I took a screenshot of the shot of the steps and I made myself walk 100 steps and it’s about 30 steps less I can’t make 10,000 steps and I’ve been going all day 11 hours except for a two hour massage and there’s no way I can make 10,000 and I usually make 1214. Normally I just bought an apple so all I have to say is FITBIT you Blow

I was able to confirm you contacted support and they were able to provide you with a solution, if you have any other questions or concerns, my best recommendation would be to contact them.
