Been noticing a ton of whiney posts about the sense 2 and wanted to provide a mostly positive initial review.
Hardware:
The sense 2 looks sleek compared to the original sense. I don't notice any weight difference. The button is a huge improvement over the sense 1. I went with the fabric band as I'm allergic to fitbits silicon bands.
UI experience:
I noticed some initial slowness scrolling through the tiles which went away after it cached. I would say it's on par with the garmin stuff, and behind samsung/apple in UI lag. Notifications look great and I can accept my VPN requests etc on android. There are tons of watch faces available.
Setup:
Setup was okay. My battery showed 0% when I turned it on so left it for 10 minutes and it was at 60% which was a little strange. Did a pretty big update out of the box.
Misc.
Battery seems great, with only 5% drain overnight with sp02.
Let me know of you have any questions and I'll try to answer. I plan to see how the pixel watch is before deciding on keeping but so far I'm enjoying this. My wife is already sold on it and threw away her box.

What about heart rate reading when exercising?
What about GPS accuracy?
What about distance accuracy when tracking walks and runs?

This is the area where is actually lags 🤣🤣 As the HR is incorrect hence everything else calculated by this watch is wrong 😀 SPO2 is a joke the same is with the body tempteature. You cant have them on demand. No calendar 🤣 I bet even the $30 smartwatch has all these features.
