My fitbit sense 2 stopped working while i do run tracking

I need to know the reason why my Fitbit automatically stopped working itself while I do tracking. So I have made my assumption acrrodingnto my behaviors

It is probably affected by the assumptions below

1. Turn on the Fitbit app While the tracking system is working.

2. Cellular internet isn’t fast enough.

3. Any issue else please kindly help find the solution for me

I had the same issue, after update to the latest OS version, which took a bit and a few reboots resolved this issue. My current version (mobile app) 3.72 (37268001). Good luck.
