My new watch does not show stats

Heart rate, steps and other icons that are supposed to show stats are only showing a red X . I tried different  clocks to download. All show same red X where stats should be. I can only see time on my screen, and several X's

Hi @Kriss83. - it looks like the watch failed to start, first try restarting it. See How do I restart my Fitbit device?
