Mine either and it just started happening today

I appreciate your messages, and I'm sorry to hear you are experiencing troubles with your device's synchronization. 
Could you please try to restart your devices ? In order to do so : Press and hold the button for 10 seconds until the Fitbit logo appears on the screen, and then release the button.
