This is not tracking my sleep nor is it showing my heart rate for the whole day. It only shows me my current heart rate. I cant look back and see what it was 10 mins ago.

The watch must be so tight that no light gets between the watch and the skin. I had to try out where on my arm I should wear the watch at night.

To see historical HR, select the "heart tile" in the app. Tap the graph and drag your finger to the left

Hi @Elle7783 - also check your heart rate values in the graph shown at 5 minute intervals, you should see a drop at night, but if you have tattoos it can be an issue getting good results.
