Got a new Sense 2 on Christmas and it is not tracking sleep, readiness, heartrate, oxygen etc. I've tried to wear it tighter. I've tried to wear it looser. It's been 4 days with nothing but the basics: steps, resting hr, time and such. It also is FREQUENTLY asking me to stop and log how I feel and asking me to meditate. What's up with this thing? I really wanted the extra health readings that I'm not getting and like like I should have stayed with my old tracker. I did the initial update upon opening it and setting it up as well as I believe I've checked every setting and agreement I could find. This is too expensive to not get the features it was purchased for. Help

Hi @Sunkins,
I have a seemingly random question, but hear me out: do you have Fitbit Premium? Some of the features are only available with Fitbit Premium.
I can't help with the meditation thing, mine does that too (quite annoying at times, really!)

Non premium only tracks sleep and exercise. And the sleep is pointless it just tells you how much time you spent in each zone which is a complete guess, it would have no way of knowing, it's just assuming based on the average person and what your heart rate is doing
For me it doesn't track steps ALOT and you wouldn't know unless you were constantly looking at it, and even when it does it randomly pauses and skips a step or adds extras..

When it comes to simple sleep, do you see a message under the graph? This may have a clue to the issue.
