New Sense 2 watch froze

Everything had been working great with my Sense 2, which is under 1 month old. I had signed up for my free month of Premium that had been working, too. Yesterday, I got my usual email message that  the percent of power left  showed it was time to charge my watch. I attached the charging cord and when I went to check on it, I saw the screen had frozen at 5:06 p.m. This is now the next day and the screen is still frozen at 5:06 p.m. Pushing the side button does nothing; it stays lit. All information on my Fitbit app has stayed the same, as well. It won't sync. Maybe this is what everybody is referring to as crashing? I'm not Savvy, as you can see. Please help!

Hi @Sherrylyn3 - there can be instances where the display freezes but often restarting the watch by holding the watch button for 10 seconds till it blanks or vibrates and wait for the logo to appear and for it to start solves the problem.

If the time freezes often try also changing clock face.

In any case you may need to fully sync to get the time right if the restart didn't do it.

Are you able to hold the button for a few seconds to force the Fitbit to shut off?
