New fitbit sense 2

Hollo I have a new fitbit sense 2 does anyone know why a message (error please reopen application) appear when you try using the ECG. I tried restarting the watch and phone app, check to see if ECG app was installed,  read the ECG part of the manual which had no reference to this message or a trouble shooting page and the option on the fitbit app are limited. It would be much appreciated if any one has any ideas cheers.

It might be worth un-installing then re-installing the ECG app.  YMMV 🤔  Maybe someone else will have some other suggestions!

Yeah I gave that ago twice. I've only had it for less than 24 hours, I will take it back to the store, maybe on of the technicians can fix. I Appreciate the feedback cheers 👍

Everything about this watch is garbage. Wait a few days, it will stop syncing to your app also. Biggest waste of money. And my watch is a week old.

Definitely agree it crap! Unfortunately my wife loves the ECG on the
particular watch. One thing that doesn't make any sense at all, is if you
try installing ECG APP, it doesn't give you the option to select the 3
permission boxes but if you uninstall you get all access, pointless really
as it doesn't work either way. Junk ! 100%
