Hollo I have a new fitbit sense 2 does anyone know why a message (error please reopen application) appear when you try using the ECG. I tried restarting the watch and phone app, check to see if ECG app was installed, read the ECG part of the manual which had no reference to this message or a trouble shooting page and the option on the fitbit app are limited. It would be much appreciated if any one has any ideas cheers.
Best AnswerYeah I gave that ago twice. I've only had it for less than 24 hours, I will take it back to the store, maybe on of the technicians can fix. I Appreciate the feedback cheers 👍
