I had to change my strap due to being allergic to the silicone strap it came with, but every strap i buy doesnt fit and pings straight off again. Its being clipped properly too. I specifically click Sense 2 when ordering but yet everywhere including this website seems to state that straps fit the sense and the sense 2 which doesnt seem to be the case for me. All my Sense straps dont fit my Sense 2. Getting frustrating now. Wish i hadnt downgraded to the Sense 2 now

I had the same issue, you need to get in touch with Support (link is at the bottom of the page). Mine had a latch that wasn't working on one side, so since I was still in warranty, they sent me a replacement in less than a week.
