My Fitbit is not getting charged inspite of keeping it connected to the charger for more than 1 hour.
Fitbit is not showing any information or icon on the screen.
What should I do to get my Fitbit charged.How do I contact customer care for the solution.

Hello,
For starters, your device doesn't charge completely in under an hour. You need to leave it on there for at least 2 hours.
Also, please make sure that the back of the device and the ports on the charger itself are all clean. If they are, they need to be lined up EXACTLY in order to get a strong connection.

Hi @dr_shivanshu - did you follow the instructions and links in How to check charge cable - Sense 2/Versa 4 won't charge, won't start or blank screen it may help.
You can always chat with support via the Help& Support option in the Fitbit App, or Support link at the bottom of this email in case the watch has a fault, but check the other options first as they are more likely the issue.
