No BR, HRV, or Sleep Score

I’ve seen many comments about “No BR, HRV, or Sleep Score”. The best answer flagged was that there was a software issue. But I see no comments especially from Fitbit responding to this or if there is a fix.
I’ve only had the sense 2 for a week or so no and I’m really disappointed that I have a Fitbit that doesn’t appear fit for purpose.
Has anyone got any suggestions as to how to make my Fitbit sense 2 usable?

Thank you. Someone suggested turning off Bluetooth overnight. Which I did but this has made the situation worse. The health metrics page hangs and the sleep record is even more basic with no categorisation of sleep.
I tried to contact support but the suggestions I received were basic and those I worked out for myself. Overall, this is a fundamental issue and one which I would have expected a company with serious customer care to want to assist in resolving.
Hopefully someone technical at Fitbit will read this and try to provide meaningful support.
At the moment, I’m totally frustrated and may decide to return the Fitbit and get a refund as it is not currently fit for purpose.
thanks for your post.

I am having the very same issues! Have called Fithit support 4 times! First suggestion was that fitbit shouldn't be connected to my phone / app via bloothooth over night. My response was, "Why?" to which there was no reasonable response. Second response was, "You expect me to remember to turn off my bluetooth connection every night, then back on every morning???". The rep acted as if this had always been the normal proceedure. Even tryjng it didn't work! On the second try, FB customer service suggested, changing a watch setting from "normal" to sensitive" and brushing the back with toothbrush. No change. Then we tried a factory reset. Before calling, I deleted the FB app from my phone and reloaded it. That gave me the best result. For one day, I saw a combination of the new, hard ro read dashboard info (teal blue), and at bottom was the old, complete, red and blue data showing all sleep stages. I thought, "OK. I can live with this." But then, it went away the next day. I only get  awake and sleep time. No REM and Deep time. No score. Now won't track my 2-part sleep if I sleep for 4 hours...wake for 1 hour... sleep for 3 hours.  I've tried it all and nothing works. I'm extremely frustrated by the loss of sleep tracking funtion and, in fact, am loosing sleep over it!

My sleep and pulse have no data for days. I’ve tried everything too, with NOTHING working. Very, very frustrating!!

Thanks for the post.
I’ve been advised by support to do a factory reset which I did reluctantly. They assured me that this would fix any issues.
Today. Not surprisingly there’s no difference. Sleep basic hours. No BR or HRV.
I’m close to sending sense 2 back as it isn’t fit for purpose.

Yep, me too. Haven't had a sleep score in 2 days now. Definitely something stupid on their end. I won't bother contacting customer service because they are cluelessly unaware and will have me do something stupid to my Fitbit and it still won't fix the problem since it seems to be a software issue on their end.

Thanks.
I totally understand.
I did a factory reset reluctantly to keep support happy. No change. No surprise.
I’ve used Facebook and “X” who gave acknowledged but provided no help.
I am also convinced it’s their problem as so many people have raised it.
If they cannot sell a product that is fit for purpose, given the fact that they make great play of these functions, then it’s hardly surprising if they lose customers.
I’m in the fortunate position of only having purchased this a week or so ago. And will seek a refund if necessary

I contacted Fitbit via X and Facebook. Positives …. I had a prompt reply. which included effectively “don’t worry. It’s with our specialist team and they are looking into it and will email you”.
negatives. … still no improvement in Fitbit performance. And radio silence from the so-called specialists!!
so customers suffer at the expense of profits.

No sleep score on my Sense 2 since mid-March. I tried all support suggestions to no avail. I have finally given up and just purchased an Apple Watch. I now get sleep scores. Maybe eventually Google will fix it and I’ll get my watch out of the drawer and try again.
