No Sleep Data on sense 2 since Google take over

Am I the only one having issues. Gosh Fitbit was so great before and customer service was a dream. Now, the app works terribly, sleep data shows up once in a while and customer service is terrible. 
I have deleted the app, I have forgotten Bluetooth network, I have restored the watch. It will work for a bit then it won’t. 
Customer service told me to add my sleep in manually!! What on earth. That is terrible advice. 

GPS tracking also doesn’t work at all even when it’s on. Just churns battery but no maps show up. 
I’m also on paid premium. 

it’s sad to say but after about 12 years maybe it’s time to make the move because it’s actually frustrating because I can’t get anywhere.

Hi @Julesinozz - it's possible that this is app related especially if the battery is draining more than usual and leaving the watch in standalone mode it may work better.

Before bed logout of the Fitbit App and swipe off the active window and in Android clear the storage box and the force stop it, turn off the phone's Bluetooth and restart the phone ready for the morning.

Turn on Bluetooth and login in the morning and sync.

During exercises turn off the phone's Bluetooth and see how the GPS works.

The idea is to stop any syncing or notifications interfering and allow the watch to do the job of measuring.

Note that the Fitbit app must be able to run in background when Bluetooth is on to enable it to stay connected.

I’ve also been a FitBit user for many, many years. Recently upgraded to a Sense 2 after my fifth Fitbit died, and now I go days-long stretches with no sleep data. I haven’t changed how I’m doing anything, and suddenly it’s not working. This is ridiculous.
