Hi,

I've had my Fitbit about two weeks now.  Today lots of key information is missing on both the watch, app and website.  I have updated the watch; restarted the watch, logged in and out of the app (but as the data is missing on the watch and website I guess it is not a sync problem)

Steps and heart rate are now showing fine on the watch.  It looks like the heart rate stopped being recorded at 6pm last night and started again around 7am when I updated the watch.

Is this normal, do Fitbit users loose everything when an update is required and how the heck do you keep on top of it, I had no notification telling me to do this until I needed to troubleshoot.

Pretty poor experience so far in the first two weeks of use.

Thanks

Hi @NicPar - if the watch is working again after a restart there was probably a software failure and there is the ongoing issue of syncing stopping with the new Fitbit App which will stop data showing there too.

In cases like this swipe the face left to check if the watch is collecting information as it maybe just the clock face that has a fault.

Worst tracker ever. It intermittently stops tracking, and this update has stopped it being Bluetooth searchable - I can’t spend another 40mins with support to get it working again seems like a monthly waste of time I’m asking for an Apple Watch I give up

if you can return I would get your money back and buy anything other tracker
