No internet connection

My new Sense 2 states no Internet connection when I try to open the gallery.  I did clear the cache and still no luck!  It continues to sync but cannot change the screen

Is this message on your Sense 2, or on the Fitbit App on your phone?

I called in and talked to service and had some kind of blocking set on my
end so it would not allow access. We got it fixed after 40 minutes. My
rep was very helpful and patient.
