Ever since migrating to a Google account from the Fitbit one I've stopped receiving the low battery notitications of my Charge 5. I used to get Android notifications as well as an email warning. The settings seem to still be all correct but now I get neither. Anyone have any clue on what could be happening and how to fix it?

Please note that since April 30, 2025, we're reducing the email that we send you. You won’t receive email notifications for:

  • Low battery warnings
  • New badges
  • Friend requests
  • Messages
  • Family activities
