No music controls on Sense 2

What’s the deal with the sense 2 having no music controls. Gutted about this, think I’m going to return it but wanted to check here first in case they’ll be a future update where they add it. Thank you.

Hi @Zoe1990.  The Sense 2 doesn’t have any generic music controls and isn’t getting them.  It got YouTube Music controls with a firmware update.  If your Sense 2 is brand new, you should get firmware updates over the next 24-48 hours.  You need a YouTube premium or YouTube Music premium subscription.  Not much help if you prefer a different service.
