Sense 2 is gaining battery while not on charge

it has not been charged for a while it startes to gain battery to stop it from dying but soon it will die so when it does that put it on charge

Thank you so much for letting us know that your Sense 2 is gaining battery while not being charged.

I have a couple of questions, can you see something on the screen of your Fitbit Sense 2 and do the LED lights still blink on the back of your device and vibrate when you place it in the charger?

Additionally, I suggest you try to restart your Sense 2: 

  • Press and hold the button for 10 seconds until the Fitbit logo appears on the screen, and then release the button.

Then try to follow the instructions described here.
