My new Sense 2 is under measuring distance walked so I wanted to adjust my stride length in the app. All recommendations on how to do this say to open my profile pic on the top left corner of the screen. However, my app doesn’t show a profile pic but instead shows my battery life. I’ve also tried going through settings but there is no option for “advance settings”. Has anyone else experienced this and found a way to adjust stride length?
I also tried to edit the distance on one of my walks to see if stride would adjust over time but as soon as I enter a new distance and hit done, it reverts back to the original inaccurate amount.

Hello @Neiff5 and welcome to the Community. Are you using GPS when you track your walks? If so, the distance is your GPS measured distance, not your steps x stride length distance. Changing your stride length won't fix this distance error. Stride length is an app setting. If you aren't using GPS, your Sense 2 will give you the same distance as the model it replaced. The Sense 2 has a bad reputation for GPS accuracy.
If you aren't using GPS, here is how you find your stride length setting. Tap on your Exercise days tile (or icon) on your app. Tap on the three dots in the upper right, then activity settings. Look for Stride Length. It's at the bottom of the page on an iPhone, but I saw a screenshot that shows it at the top of the page on Android. I also want to add that the app doesn't let you edit any distance that is tracked with the Exercise app. It's always been that way.
Many, many things got moved when Fitbit redesigned the app. There are many old, outdated posts that need to be archived.
