Not able to install ECG App on Sense 2

Hi. I have recently purchased a Sense 2 in the United Kingdom and I cannot install the ECG app. When I go to the app section, sometimes it isn't even listed. When it is listed and I click on install it says install failed. I have just reset both my phone and the Fitbit and now the ECG app isn't listed again. Any help would be appreciated.

I think you should contact support in the UK.

This will sound crazy, but a software update that I needed to install on new Sense 2 failed three times.  I attached the watch to the charger and restarted the install.  It worked!  No idea why.

@Jimboss Thanks for letting us know about your Sense 2.This is odd as the ECG app should work correctly as long as you're located in a supported country. I went ahead to check your details and it seems you already have a case created with our Support team. I'm sure they'll continue helping you, so please keep an open communication with them.
