Hello together,

I would like to ask if somebody is facing the same issue, where I'am not able to setup a device lock.

I'am on the latest version of the androind app with the latest firmware also. (60.20001.184.52)

While I'am suposed to enter the 4 digit PIN code Iam  able to enter only the 1st digit where the cursor does not move to the second  digit in the code, so I can't complete the PIN.

I have reinstalled the app, and also removed and added the watch again in the app.

Any suggestions please?

Thank you,
Beldo

Beldo,

Try adding the app on another device and try again. I couldn't get it to work on my samsung s8 no matter what i did. I tried on the s10 that i am transitioning to and it worked first try. The bonus is that it also updated the app on the s8. I can only guess that we were experiencing a glitch between the fitbit app and certain phones. Hope this helps.

Beldo,

I can't give you a solution, but I can tell you you're not the only one experiencing this. Please share if you figure it out. I tried to contact fitbit for help but they were not helpful.

Hello Roger,

Thanks for the hint.

Indeed I've used my iPad to setup the PIN.

Seems it's a issue of the Android app on some devices.

Cheers,

Beldo
