Pixel 6 phone and fitbit ecg app

I purchased a sense 2 instead of versa 4 because of ecg app. tried installing from gallery on phone app will not install. spoke to Fitbit customer service once and online messaging twice they were not able to assist. when googling i found one reference to the pixel 6 not being compatible with this app. phone has been updated to latest android.

I just bought Pixel 7 Pro, before I had Pixel 6. ECG runs just fine with both of them.

I have Pixel 6 Pro and have had no issues particularly with the ECG app, works great. Maybe try restarting the app or watch itself and disconnecting Bluetooth and reconnecting if that doesn't work.
