So hope the new firmware will address this issue amongst others. But since the last update, frequently the Sense 2 will stop counting steps. I understand it's not perfect and only accurate way is to manually count yourself BUT
I can be walking and looking at the device and the usual registering 2 steps then 1 then 3 and so forth which balances out, but as i said as of the previous update and even more so the past few weeks it stops counting altogether and requires a restart and then when it comes back i lose upwards of 300 steps from the count.
Getting very annoying.
