Hey. My sense 2 isn’t logging sleep or any health metrics. What should I do?

Mine logs hours and minutes but no info premium supposedly provides. My old Inspire gave me w/o premium the time spent in each level of sleep. The health metrics aren’t working. I’ve already gone through Fitbit support and have an open Fitbit case.
