I have had my Sense 2 for a week. I have turned off the GPS, it’s set to dim & for me to press the button to turn the screen on. However I am only achieving less than 2 days battery life.
is there something else I can do to preserve the battery?

Hi @Nix77 - if you are not exercising with it and inadvertently using GPS, try turning off the phone's Bluetooth to see if it stops discharging so rapidly which is far from normal.
Possibly best to get a refund and start again as it seems faulty form the start rather than getting a potentially refurbished replacement one..
Fitbit have a 45 day refund policy if bought direct from them or from an authorised shop perhaps, and some stores offer a 14 to 30 day one.

Is it continuously connected to Bluetooth and are all notifications turned off?

Thanks. I have the Bluetooth on for phone notifications, although I don’t get many, it’s one of the key features I need. I’ll try contacting the company I purchased it from about a refund / replacement.

Thanks, I use the notification process & need the Bluetooth on. Although I don’t receive many. Looks like I might have a defective device.
