Not receiving notifications on Sense 2

I have tried everything written, and something's not written here to try to get my sense to give notifications again but it's been months and I cannot get it to work. Is anyone else experiencing this complete and total lack of notifications?

I am having the same problem.  I have tried to get help on the phone, I have tried chat and I've tried e-mails.  Still no help???

It's crazy, I can't get it to notify me but the notifications show on the watch.

Hi @searstd0 @elmharder - did you pull down on the watch face to get to Quick Settings and make sure all icons are off and did you check the watch is syncing.

If the Fitbit App loses connection with the watch or you have the wrong watch settings you won't get notifications.

@searstd0 - did you follow the links provided and what phone do you have?

Both the watch and phone need be set correctly and in proximity and syncing properly for the phone notifications to appear on the watch.

I'm the same, i got a replacement sense 2 and no notifications from my phone at all now. 

EDIT: I stupidly did not have "mirror my phone" selected. Hopefully will work now.

One of the things that I really dislike about these forums are when people just assume that people are too stupid to follow directions. 

 

My phone is syncing.  The messages show on my watch. I don't get notifications.
