Notifications are not coming through my Sense 2

I cannot get sense 2 to receive text notifications. Calls come through but not text and that’s one of the main reasons I wanted it. I have gone through all troubleshooting without a fix. Only have had it a month and am not happy with support

Hi there, @DeALincoln. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. Thanks for bringing this to my attention and for the troubleshooting steps you've tried. I'm sorry to hear that your Sense 2 is still not receiving your text messages. I understand your concern, we're here to help you! 

In addition to the tips and recommendations provided by @Guy_, may I know if you're using an iOS device? If so, I was wondering if the text messages that your Sense 2 is not receiving are iMessages? I also have an iPhone and had a similar trouble with those messages, but I tried toggling the iMessage setting; general > Messages > iMessage and verified the "Show Previews" was on "Always". If this steps don't work for you, I suggest taking a look at the help article Troubleshooting quick tips for iPhones.

Hi @DeALincoln - to make sure your account is setup correctly see How do I get notifications from my phone on my Fitbit device?

Also pull down on the watch face to get to Quick Settings and turn off all the icons, to make sure the watch can receive notifications.

Lastly if the Fitbit App loses connection or is not running in background or nearby you won't get notifications. See Why won't my Fitbit device sync?
