iOS or Androis? Which OS version?

"tried multiple solutions " tells us absolutely nothing. What have you tried?😉

  • Make sure "Do not disturb" or "Silent mode" is disabled on your phone and Sense
  • Open the Fitbit app  → Tap "your yrofile"  → Tap "Sense"  → "Notifications"
  • Enable the toggles next to the desired apps to get notifications from them.
  •  Open iPhone Settings  → Bluetooth. Tap on the (i) next to your Fitbit Sense device.

  • Enable the toggle for Share system notifications.

  • iPhone Settings → Notifications → Show previews. Select Always, When unlocked or similar
  • Settings → Notifications → MessagesEnable the toggle next to Allow notifications.
  • Select Immediate delivery under Notification delivery.
  • Ensure Lock screen, Notification center, and Banners are checked under Alerts.
  • Change Banner style to Persistent instead of Temporary.
  • Change Show Previews to Always.
  • iPhone Settings → Battery.

  • Make sure no battery limitations such as Adaptive power, Low power, etc., are not enabled on your phone

Restart your phone, and your Sense

Hmm, strange, and annoying. I have a couple of more tricks up my sleeve:

Turn off all notifications on Sense:

  • Fitbit app → "Profile picture"  → "Sense"  → "Notifications"
  • turn off all notifications.
  • Restart your phone
  •  Open the Fitbit app and enable all of your preferred notifications

If that does not help, try to unpair Sense / phone in Bluetooth settings and then remove and add your Sense to your phone

The last I can think of is reset your phones settings.to  default values:

Settings  → General → Transfer or Reset → Reset → Reset settings.

Hoipe one of these dothe trick.

Havin same issue, if I delete the cache, data, follow steps above, or reinstall fitbit app notifications work for a day then get the notification service is not working again.  I shouldnt have to reinstall, use workarounds every day for this watch… also google wallet on sense still not working with common uk banks, hsbc, santander still waiting for fix on that

@LokeAa Yes do not disturb is on from 10pm to 7am, will try disabling it as long as i dont get woken in the night, will see if there is another option, silent mode without vibration just wish they had spent more time testing this before releasing it

@Elfontheshelf  I think It is not the device that prevents us from getting notifications in DND mode. As far as I know phones stop sending push notifications to other devices when DND is enabled.  Just now, I discovered a setting:

"Always vibrate""

"Always send notifications and enable vibration, even if the phone is in do not disturb or silent mode".

I toggled it n just now, so I do not know if it is actually working.

You can find the setting:in the Fitbit app:

"Today screen" → "Your Profile" →  "Sense 2" →  Notifications → App notifications

Edit: E-mailed myself, it is working 😉
