Sense 2 device lock

My device lock feature only shows one option which is "ENABLED FOR FITBIT PAY ONLY." How can I change this?? Anybody else having this problem?? Already chat with tech support.

What did tech support say? I sent them a message about the same issue, waiting for them to respond.

Your screen doesn't have the Enabled. Personally I find this option to much of a hassle.

@Rich_Laue ,the problem is the option to enable does nos not exist anymore.
