Notifications on Sense 2 stopped vibrating

I noticed a post from a year ago about this issue but it just started happening to me this week with my Sense 2 that I've had for about a month now. I restarted my devices and re-paired, re-downloaded the app and the notifications from my phone to my Sense 2 started vibrating again. But I should absolutely not have to do this workaround on a $250 device. And who knows how often I'm going to have to.

I am wondering when Fitbit plans to fix these bugs that are affecting so many users according the the previous posts on this topic. All we got from you guys is one response that read like you didn't even actually read the post. You replied with troubleshooting that the post already said they did. Like, come on. This is without a doubt probably one of the top 5 most useful features of the device and to have it not functioning properly on a consistent basis is an embarassment. Please Fitbit fix this issue. I'm still in my warranty. You guys made a smart watch that has notification bugs, the most basic of features that is expected in any device created after like 2010.

Welcome to the community forums @cgray2x

Thank you for taking the time to share all this information about this difficulty that you are experiencing with Sense 2. I understand your concern and sorry to know the issue that you are experiencing. Thank you for trying to fix it on your own.

Even if you already tried the following steps, I'd like you to confirm: Does your device not vibrate only with notifications or does it not vibrate with other functions?

Make sure Do Not Disturb and Sleep Mode are turned off on your Fitbit device. For more information, see How do I navigate my Fitbit device?

If device lock is active on your Fitbit device, make sure you entered your PIN code recently to unlock your device.

Please test your device’s vibration motor: Connect the device to the charging cable. For more information, see How do I charge my Fitbit device?
