I'm super frustrated. For 2 years now my Fitbit and my Android Samsung have worked just fine together, until about 2 weeks ago when I stopped getting notifications on my Fitbit Sense2. It works with the bluetooth in my car, and I receive notifications when someone calls me. But I will not receive text messages or WhatsApp messages any longer. I have tried everything I do believe. I've taken the app off my phone and reinstalled it, everything is updated, all the push notification settings are correct, no it is not on "do not disturb" or anything like it, all my permissions are in the right place. I unpaired and newly paired the device to my phone but still nothing. When I go the Sense2 on my Bluetooth it tells that I need an app to use it - well I have an app!
I don't know if it's a problem with Fitbit or with my phone :(. But it's worked for years....
