On-wrist calls not working on Sense 2

If you continue having issues with the on-wrist call notifications, please try the following:

• Make sure you're using the latest version of the Fitbit app. For more information, see How do I use the Fitbit app?
• Make sure your Fitbit device is up-to-date. For more information, see How do I update my Fitbit device?
• Keep the phone nearby with the Fitbit app running in the background. Your phone should be within 30 feet (10 meters) of your watch.
• Call notifications must be turned on. For more information, see How do I get notifications from my phone on my Fitbit device?

If you continue having issues, try the following troubleshooting steps:

1. On the phone, turn Bluetooth off and back on.
2. Restart the Fitbit device once gain. For instructions, see How do I restart my Fitbit device?
3. Remove Sense 2 Controls from the list of Bluetooth devices on your phone.
4. Set up on-wrist calls again. For instructions, see How do I set up on-wrist calls on my Fitbit device?

Note that Sense 2 Controls might be listed as “Not Connected” in the list of Bluetooth devices on your phone. When you receive a phone call, the controls automatically reconnect. This feature requires more frequent charging.
