Pre paid DHL return label

Anyone had issues with prepaid DHL labels provided by Fitbit to return an item and they are not accepted at the DHL  parcel service. This is in the UK.

Hi @Tibbey - it may be the packaging that can be an issue if the barcode is not fully visible or misprinted or miscreated.

In any case please chat via the Fitbit App, click profile photo, Help & support, Contact Customer support for them to sort it out.

If it was only that easy.  The quality of label is fine.  Very good quality print.  I have contacted customer support on many occasions.  Just keep getting fobbed off with being told I will get an email response.  Nothing as yet, 36 hours later.  Considering dumping Fitbit.  Pretty poor service.
