Man, I've been waiting for the Sense 2 and its finally here! I went to preorder and saw there was a discounted add-on for Premium -AND- 2 years of accident protection for $50. Sweeeet!!! So I selected it and when I went to check out, I received an error saying that I am already a Premium member. Yes. I am and have been since Premium has started (through Apple). Yeah, my "Fitbit" tattoo design should be finalized this year too BTW. 😉
So, I'm a little bummed that I can't take advantage of this awesome deal and add-on to my existing Premium subscription but more so that I am unable to get the added accident protection since it is only offered with the bundled Premium subscription. And if you knew me, I totally need accident protection... 🙂 So, I'm going to try to contain my excitement as much as I can and wait to see if another option arises. Any insight would be appreciated.
Regardless, huge congrats to Fitbit for reaching this next milestone! #goteam

It probably will work the way it has been working for the last few years @NerdZone
Cancel the premium. Then add the free premium trial.
I think fitbit is the only company that allows users to do this. However you may want to check first with support. I also do not know if the user's premium history gets lost.
