Just purchased and got the app and synced it with my watch and have all the updates. It comes with 6 months premium, but when I try to add premium, it comes with an error, saying to "manage subscriptions" but that all seems to be in order when I check there (credit card info is up-to-date, etc.). It's doing the exact same thing to my wife's fitbit. I even uninstalled the app, restarted the phone and reloaded it, but still no luck. I'd greatly appreciate any help ones can give to fix this problem.
