Readiness score stopped working

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

Like others on here my readiness score has stopped working. Have read through forums and tried every suggestion for a remedy. I have a Sense 2 and I'm  a premium member. It had been working perfectly but then just stopped.  Any help would be appreciated.  Thanks

Hi @FloridaRay - was one of the things you tried?

Logout of the Fitbit App and swipe off the active window and in Android clear the storage cache and force stop it and then restart the phone.

Restart the watch by holding the button for 10 seconds till it vibrates and the logo appears and wait for it to start.

Login and wait for any pair, link or Fixit prompts and sync.

This should clear any temporary issues.

Good to see you back in the community @FloridaRay

I'm sorry to know that you are not able to see your readiness score.

Thanks @Guy_. Your help is always useful.

@FloridaRay your daily readiness score is based on data collected by your Fitbit device, could you please confirm if you've been getting, heart rate data, sleep data and Heart-rate variability (HRV)? In the meantime, please make sure of the following:

  • You must be a Fitbit Premium member using a compatible device. For a list of compatible devices, see Who can see a daily readiness score in the Fitbit app?  Thanks for confirming that you are a Premium member.
  • You must wear your Fitbit device 14 hours per day for at least 4 days and nights. To continue receiving a score, wear your device 4+ nights per week.
  • Make sure you wear your device for at least 1 full day (during the day and to sleep at night), then check your score after you wake up in the morning. To see a daily readiness score, you must wear your Fitbit device for at least 14 hours.
  • Make sure the back of your device is in contact with your skin. The band should be snug but not constricting.
  • Most metrics require at least 3 hours of quality sleep. If you move a lot during your sleep or the sleep session is too short, you might not get a reading.

If you're still not receiving readiness score and you meet all the requirements mentioned earlier, please restart your device.
