I have always had problems with recording sleep as it stops when I get up to go to the bathroom and doesn't restart when I go back to sleep a few minutes later. So I have always had to add my total sleep manually. This has worked OK until recently, now it no longer shows deep and rem sleep.

Hello @Jenny1946, nice to see the community growing!
Thanks for taking the time to describe the situation you are going through. I'd be happy to help!
The heart rate is key in order to receive sleep stages, so, let's fix this issue first. If you haven't done so yet, please see What factors can affect my heart-rate on my Fitbit device?
If the above works and your Sense 2 is now tracking your heart rate accurately, please monitor your sleep data. If after a few days you don't receive sleep stages, please Why don't I see sleep stages today?

I have done and checked everything you suggested but I am still having to add sleep manually. There is still no analysis between deep/rem/light/awake and so no sleep score. Up until 9th August I could edit sleeps and it would analyse correctly. I have also noticed that from the same date in the health metrics only RHR is recording, all 4 of the others say data unavailable. I am wondering if there was an update around this time that could account for my issues and is anyone else having the same problem 🤔
